Know Your Rights and Obligations

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between epivin ("epivin", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the epivin platform located at epivin.org and its associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, claiming any bonus, or otherwise using any part of the epivin platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, or special event terms that may be published separately on the epivin platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific provision expressly states otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the epivin platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the platform.

epivin reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point during the lifecycle of an account. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may be suspended or permanently closed.

3. Account Registration and Security

To participate in any real-money activity on epivin, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing management of your epivin account:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the epivin platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same CNIC number, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited. epivin employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts involved may be suspended and any pending bonuses or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. epivin accepts no liability for any losses, delays, or complications arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. epivin will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify epivin immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

epivin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All supported payment methods and their associated minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the epivin platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). epivin does not charge hidden currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. For USDT TRC20 deposits and withdrawals, the applicable PKR conversion rate will be displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and is subject to prevailing market rates.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on your account, or to a verified payment account in your own name.
• epivin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• epivin targets same-day processing for approved withdrawal requests received during business hours. Actual transfer times to your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account may vary depending on the payment provider.

4.4 Refused or Delayed Transactions

epivin reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where compliance with applicable regulatory requirements demands it. In such cases, epivin will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

epivin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific bonus terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed the required verification steps unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the individual bonus terms and are calculated based on the bonus amount, deposit amount, or a combination thereof as specified.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the epivin platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, and Habanero. Each game is governed by its own specific rules which are accessible within the game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all products on the platform:

• epivin provides games in good faith. In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or software fault, epivin reserves the right to void any bets or rounds affected by the malfunction. No liability will be accepted for losses arising from a demonstrable game error.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of live table equipment. epivin does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before a wager is placed.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. epivin will not reverse a settled bet except in cases of a verified technical malfunction or where the settlement was clearly in error.
• For sports betting markets, odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time a bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager. In-play bet settlement is based on official match statistics from verified data providers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the epivin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or operating accounts on behalf of other individuals.
• Providing false, forged, or misrepresenting identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported immediately to [email protected]. Deliberate exploitation will result in account closure and forfeiture of gains.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the epivin platform or its software.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at epivin staff or other players.
• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

epivin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A request from a relevant regulatory, law enforcement, or financial compliance authority.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Detection of a self-exclusion request linked to the account holder's identity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, epivin may withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where a closure is initiated for regulatory compliance reasons, epivin will work with the account holder to return any legitimate funds after the investigation is concluded, subject to applicable laws.

9. Responsible Gaming

epivin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered epivin players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the epivin platform — including but not limited to the epivin brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of epivin or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the epivin platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the epivin platform or its content without our express prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, epivin, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the epivin platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform, including game providers.
• Unauthorised access to or use of your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues, server maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Any errors or omissions in game outcomes resulting from verified RNG malfunction, for which bets will be voided rather than settled.

epivin's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

epivin collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the epivin platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments to These Terms
